Happy Sunday!

Regarding Ukraine, what I have felt from the Lord in the days and weeks leading up to the invasion, and as it began to unfold last week, is that things are not what they seem, and there’s more to the story than what we’re being told.

I spent some time early Friday morning praying and seeking the Lord over the issue. Since that time, I have also avoided reading or listening to what others in prophetic circles are saying, and have kept news to a bare minimum, as I don’t want anything else to muddle what He's saying to me. The following is what He gave me the other day to write down, and this morning He released me to share.

Friday February 25, 2022 – Early morning

This morning, while praying and asking the Lord for any insight regarding the invasion of Ukraine, this is what He had me write down:

“Do NOT. Believe. The. News! Have I not said? They are lying to you!

The government in Ukraine has told their citizens to take up arms and fight back. But I tell you, DO NOT DO IT! Oh, how they’d love to use you as pawns to do their bidding.

The government is vile and knows they are being dealt with. Wickedness abounds in their hidden places, their deep crevices of evil… tunnels… children…

Olga.

You have lied!

Putin,

I will use you to clean house, but if you go too far… if you step out of bounds… I will deal with you.”

Many times over, I heard, “Olga”. I know that is an extremely common Slavic name, so I don’t know if it refers to a person, an agenda, a code name, or something else. I don’t know if it is someone good or bad…. Or whether it is tied to the next phrase, “You have lied!” This is just what I heard, so I’m sharing it, and I have had no further clarification.

We pray for Ukraine, for its citizens to be safe, and for the Church there to remain strong. We pray for protection for all that is good, and destruction and an end to what is evil. Lord, we trust in You, and we ask for Your hand over this land and these people, in Jesus’ Name!
