If you think I don’t question the Lord about His word at times—especially ones I’ve gone out on a limb and released—you would be wrong. It’s not that I don’t believe Him… and much more that I’m continually checking to see whether I’m the one out of alignment! So, the following is the daily conversation we began having toward the end of December.

DECEMBER TO REMEMBER?

You may recall that one thing the Lord said to me mid-December was that it would be “a December to remember” and He likened it (potentially?) to Pearl Harbor. Well, I do not like to give out dates and times, because that is how prophets often get into trouble. For example… maybe it actually means December… 70 years from now! But that’s what He said, and I felt very strongly that He wanted me to release it.
So, from that point on, I started watching. And asking. And watching. And asking. There were things in the news, and the weather was pretty crazy. But there certainly didn’t appear to be anything that was earth shattering. As we got to the last few days of December and then crossed over to the first few days of January, we had the following conversation pretty much every day:
“Lord, YOU SAID it would be a December to remember. I believe you… but… where is it? I know I heard You…”
“Well, why don’t you go and ask the employees of Southwest Airlines whether they think it was a December to remember?”
“Yes, Lord… true. But… ‘Pearl Harbor’…???”
“You cannot see all that I am doing behind the scenes.
Have YOU seen the basement of the White House?”
“The basement of the White House?? No.”
“I am working. There is much that is going on."
He has reinforced “basement of the White House” multiple times, and I very much had the sense that this was just one sampling of many things going on. But oh how I long to see it! How long, until we see it all Lord? How long? We long to see Your glory in this earth and Your Name lifted high!
